Causes Gingivitis
For both generalized and local inflammation, use warm salt water or a mixture with equal amounts of warm water and hydrogen peroxide solution. Rinse vigorously as needed. I mean really squish that water through and between the teeth. When you brush the teeth, don’t avoid the areas that
are sore. Just brush a bit more gently, but do brush them causes Gingivitis. You can bet the mortgage that the gums will bubble and bleed, but this bleeding, believe it or not, can be beneficial in that it may help to wash out any loose foreign particles from around and beneath the gums. As I said before, go see your dentist, too.
